Brenda Gail (Taylor) Self

Brenda Gail Self, age 77, of Louisville, TN, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, James William and Thelma Taylor; sons, Darrell Self and McKinley Self; brothers, Claude Taylor and Dallas Taylor; and sisters, Bernice Bagg and Joyce Fields. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Edge; son, Jonathan “Alan” (Melissa) Self; grandchildren, Aidan Edge, Jordan Edge, Kristy Dixon, Tyler Self, Landon Self, and Lainey Self; great-granddaughter, Stella Clementine Edge; brother, Gene “Sonny” Taylor; and sister, Kathleen Cox. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, December 8th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
