Carol Shipley Obituary

Carol Lee Shipley, age 65, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She loved to crochet, was an avid reader, a horror movie enthusiast, and loved musicals. Carol was a loving mother, kind and giving, and an animal lover and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Grace Patterson; and sister, Rebecca Roberson. She is survived by her sons, Richard (Amber) Shipley, Curtis Shipley (Julie Holiman), and James Shipley; grandchild, Keira Shipley; brother, Mike Patterson; and all of her Wal-Mart family. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 21st at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
