August 25, 1997 ~ January 31, 2024 (age 26) 26 Years Old
Casey Ray Turner, age 26, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville after a medical emergency. He was a member of Manley Baptist Church and professed his faith at an early age. He always took pride in his church family and his faith in Christ. He was employed by the Hamblen County Road Department and was a volunteer with the West Hamblen County Volunteer Fire Department. He was very active in the Morristown Parks and Recreation. both playing and coaching. Casey was very genuine, funny, and goofy and was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rev. Donald Ray Turner. He is survived by his parents, Adam and Krystal Turner; twin brother, Stacey Turner and brothers, Lane Evans and Bailey Bryant; sisters, Makenzie Turner and Lily Bryant; grandparents, Mike and Kathy Bryant and Bobbie Turner Helton; great-grandmother, Dottie Johnson; special nephew, Ryder Wade; cousin and best friend, Noah Wolfenbarger; special cousin, Abby Wolfenbarger; special aunt, Kristy (Mark) Wolfenbarger; and many other special family members and friends too numerous to mention. The family will receive friends from 4 – 6 p.m. Sunday, February 4th at Manley Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. at the church with Rev. Lance Buchanan and Rev. Tony Buchanan officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, February 5th at Jarnagin Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
