Charles Edward Denton

Charles Edward Denton, age 62, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Denton; mother, Lois McAmis; and brother, Joe Denton. He is survived by his wife of forty three years, Lori Denton; sons, Charles “Eddie” Denton, Jr. and Josh (Ashley) Denton; grandchildren, Natalie Denton, Macey Denton, and Ava Denton, whom he was raising and had a very special place in his heart; brother, Lee Denton; sisters, Theresa Long and Kem McCray; brother-in-law, Frankie Crum whom he raised; several nieces and nephews that he adored; and special friend, Freddie Collins. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
