Charles Wayne Gann, age 85, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025. He was a charter member of Oak Hills Baptist Church and served the Lord in his own quiet way. He was a loving and devoted husband and father and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Frank, Sr. and Evelyn Lucille Gann; grandsons, Marcus Alan Brown and Joshua Lee Brown; brothers, B.F. Gann, Jr., Ralph Gann, and William Gann; and sister, Betty Collins. He is survived by his wife of sixty two years, Imogene Gann; son, Jeff Wayne (Melissa) Gann; daughter, Cathy Langston; grandchildren, Travis (Angel) Gann, Jesse (Lauren) Gann, Shane Gann (Amanda Matthews), and Kristopher (Sam) Baker; great-grandchildren, Tia, Mya, Luke, Layla, Brayden, Jace, Laynee, Aubrey, Landon, Oliver, Braxtyn, Dylan, Tyler, and Kylie; brothers, Claude (Brenda) Gann and John (Becky) Gann; sister, Mary Woods; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Sunday, December 28th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Michael Carter, Rev. Brian Rhodes, and Rev. Jimmy Norris officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, December 29th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
