Charles Wayne Gann

Charles Wayne Gann, age 85, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025. He was a charter member of Oak Hills Baptist Church and served the Lord in his own quiet way. He was a loving and devoted husband and father and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Frank, Sr. and Evelyn Lucille Gann; grandsons, Marcus Alan Brown and Joshua Lee Brown; brothers, B.F. Gann, Jr., Ralph Gann, and William Gann; and sister, Betty Collins. He is survived by his wife of sixty two years, Imogene Gann; son, Jeff Wayne (Melissa) Gann; daughter, Cathy Langston; grandchildren, Travis (Angel) Gann, Jesse (Lauren) Gann, Shane Gann (Amanda Matthews), and Kristopher (Sam) Baker; great-grandchildren, Tia, Mya, Luke, Layla, Brayden, Jace, Laynee, Aubrey, Landon, Oliver, Braxtyn, Dylan, Tyler, and Kylie; brothers, Claude (Brenda) Gann and John (Becky) Gann; sister, Mary Woods; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Sunday, December 28th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Michael Carter, Rev. Brian Rhodes, and Rev. Jimmy Norris officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, December 29th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for graveside services.
