Charles Henry Woessner

Charles Henry Woessner, age 78, of Talbott, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a member of Landmark Church of God. He was a loving husband and father with an infectious laugh and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul LeRoy and Rachel Lea Woessner; brother, Joseph Hugh Bell; infant daughter, Charlotte; sister, Shirley Ann Woessner; and brothers-in-law, Robert Billington and Patrick Joyce. He is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Deborah Woessner; sons, Kenneth James (Heather) Woessner and Charles (Kelly) Woessner; daughters, Cindy (Joe) Laws and Susan (Barry) Trussell; grandchildren, Ethan, Wyatt, Zane, Shily, and Darron Green; great-grandchildren, Henna and Austin Green; brother, Larry (Charlotte) Woesnner; sister, Anna Billington (Bob Burger); and several more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, September 9th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Ray Pratt officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
