Charles “Junior” Franklin Graves, Jr., age 70, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a member of Midtown Missionary Baptist Church and loved fishing and Tennessee football. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Clark; parents, Charles Franklin and Bertha Lee Graves; brother, Gary Graves; sisters, Helen Mason and Patricia Phillips; and daughter, Kimberly Graves. He is survived by his sons, Shane (Sara) Graves and Chance Graves; daughters, Angie (Brandy) Meadows and Crystal (David) Brooks; grandchildren, Taylor, Drew, Destiny, Breanna, Makayla, Madison, Caitlynn, Jacob, and Lillianna; great-grandchildren, Tayshaun, Darrien, Aiden, Harper, Levi, Lakin, and Emery; and brother, Billy Graves. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 3rd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
