David Keith Carter, Sr., age 71, of Jonesborough, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026 at his residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 6th at Rich Acres Church in Johnson City with Rev. Marvin Dunavent and Rev. Kenneth Grindstaff officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jonesborough. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
