Donald Lee Johnson

Donald Lee Johnson, age 81, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Spoon Johnson; parents, William Knipp and Elizabeth Bell Johnson; and sisters, Mary Fee and Lena Smith. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Karen Rowland MeWhinney; step grandson, John Allen Paxton; brothers, Billy Johnson, Troy Johnson, and Jerry Johnson; sisters, Beulah Carr, Sandra McFall, and Elizabeth Holt; also several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Bill Greene. A special thank you to his amazing nurse Judy Maltba, you were such a blessing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Thursday, April 18th  at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, April 19th at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Bybee with Rev. John Kincaid and Rev. Andrew Winstead officiating. Interment will follow in the Bear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
