Edna "Marie" (Pratt) Bailey

Edna “Marie” Bailey, age 85, of Talbott, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Hancock Manor in Sneedville. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Marie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard “Ike” Bailey; parents, Isaac Clayton and Edna Louise Pratt; brother, Jimmy Pratt; and nephew, Paxton Pratt. She is survived by her daughters, Trish (Jess) Trent of Russellville and Kim Bailey (Andy Greene) of Clarksville; grandchildren, Mitchell (Kalee) Trent, Jessica Trent, and Aspen Reed; great-grandchildren, Brilee Farrow, Mylen Farrow, Josey Trent, and Lauralei Trent; brother, Danny (Debbie) Pratt; sisters, Connie Guinn (Ronnie Inman), Doris (David) Lively, and Delores (Jeff) Hicks; sister-in-law, Gail Pratt; special friend, Erma Wyrick; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice and Hancock Manor for their special care. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, December 22nd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Benny Jones and Rev. Charlie Brewer officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 23rd at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
