Elizabeth Ann (Shoemaker) Mills

Elizabeth Ann Mills, age 57, of Greeneville, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025 at her residence. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend and will be dearly missed. Elizabeth volunteered during hurricane Katrina and hurricane Helene and had a heart for helping others. She had a great sense of humor and her biggest accomplishments were her family and her fur baby “Harley.” She loved cooking and feeding her family and friends, fishing, camping, and sewing. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Sapp; and brother, Freddy Shoemaker. She is survived by her son, Johnathan (Maechen) Mills; daughter, Heather Sapp; father, Gerald Sapp; sister, Angela Taylor; special granddaughter, Ali Adams; special friends, Kristie Reid and Kristy Copper; nephew, Matthew Taylor; and several grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, June 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Friday, June 20th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for graveside services. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
