Emma Jean (Bolling) Bolden

Emma Bolden, age 62, of Morristown, passed away on Wednesday October 4, 2023 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She attended Deliverance Temple Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Bolden; son, David Bolden; parents, Carl and Mary Bolling; brother, Larry Bolling; brothers-in-law, Larry Lemka and George (Brenda) Bolden. She is survived by her daughter, Beth (Kenny) Messer; grandchildren, Aubrie, Carli, and Bowen; sisters, Rose (Charlie) Grooms, Ruth Bolling, Delores (Danny) Purkey; brothers, Jessie (Dena) Bolling, and Timothy Bolling; sisters –in-law, Kathy Bolling and Ruby Bolden; brother-in-law Johnny (Jackie) Bolden; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday October 9th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
