Flora "Sue" (Owen) Jones

Flora “Sue” Jones, age 85, of Talbott, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry D. Jones; sons, Eddie Scott Jones and Mark Stephen Jones; parents, Albert and Claudia Owen; and brothers, Robert A. Owen of Lubbock, TX and Thomas Boyd Owen. She is survived by her son, Harry Donald Jones, Jr.; step-daughter, Donna Sue (Rex) Johnston of White Salmon, WA; grandson, Andrew Jones; granddaughter, Athena; one great-granddaughter; sisters, Betty McFadden of Cleveland, OH, Mary Helen (Don) Van Meter of Easley, SC, and Lena Ruth Holdway of Morristown; brothers, William E. (Phyllis) Owen, Albert Eddie (Nina) Owen of Knoxville, Danny Lynn (Joyce) Owen of Rogersville, and Donnie Wayne (Nonnie) Owen of Russellville; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 8th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Joel W. Owen officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 9th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
