Floyd Lynn "Cotton" Carroll

Floyd Lynn “Cotton” Carroll, age 74, of Morristown, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at his residence. He was a member of Lowland Baptist Church. He was an electrician for many years with his last job being with Comer Electric. He loved his family and his church family and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Jewel Sinard; and brother, Donnie Johnson. He is survived by his daughters, Amy (Donny) Tharp and Kirstie Carroll; son, Cody (Hannah) Carroll; grandchildren, Chase Carroll, Ali Wise, Teagan Watson, Jackson Carroll, and Harper Carroll; also several great grandchildren; cousin, Ricky (Jane) Carroll; and long time loving and devoted friend, Barbara King. Special thanks to Smoky Mountain Hospice for all their care. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Monday, September 18th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 pm Monday with Rev. Buck Marshall and Rev. Brian Shetly officiating. Family and friends will meet for an 11 am graveside service on Tuesday, September 19th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
