George Winstead Obituary

George Dillard Winstead, age 85, of Morristown, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Laura Winstead; brothers, Lon, Esco, Buford, and Ray Winstead; infant brother, M.L. Winstead; and sisters, Trubie, Dolly, and Shirley. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Winstead; children, Trenda (Larry) Sherfey, Ronald (Kim) Winstead, Gary (Connie) Winstead, Greg (Brittney) Winstead, and Stephanie (Michael) Morgan; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Private services were held for the family. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
