Harold Edward Knight

Harold Edward Knight, age 73, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. He was the pastor of Pentecostal Assembly where his grandmother was a founder and charter member. He was very involved in his church all his life. Harold was a member of the Morristown Housing Authority Commission and a graduate of Carson Newman University. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and pastor and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Lois Knight. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Pamela Knight; son, James Knight; daughter, Sandra (Kaleb) Thompson; grandchildren, Symphony Knight, Lillian Thompson, and Tinsley Thompson; and sisters-in-law, Angela Lake and Penny Lake. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 4th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Brother Stanley Tyson, Brother Ken Hopkins, and Brother Fonzo Randolph officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 5th at Jarnagin Cemetery for graveside services.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
