Harold Michael “Mike” McDonald, age 62, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at his residence. He was a member of the United Association of Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Steam Fitters and was a retired member of Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Welders Local Union 227. He later transferred to Local Union 102 Plumbers and Pipefitters. He traveled to many states and Tennessee was where his children were and he decided to be home close to them, so he went to work at MAHLE until he became ill. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Mae McDonald; grandparents, Charlie and Anna Rhea Blair, Hartsell Dean McDonald, and Ruth Graham. He is survived by his wife, Jenene McDonald; children, Christina (Jason) Brice, Michaela (Josh) Kohl, and Thomas McDonald (MacKenzie Dunivan); father, Harold Dean McDonald; grandchildren, Addison Brice, Ayden Brice, Avery Brice, Lydia Kohl, and Kinsley Kohl; and sister, Tracey McDonald Bryant. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, April 26th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Keith Osborne officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 27th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
