Harry McCoy Bacon

Harry McCoy Bacon, age 83, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Serenity Hospice House. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired from American ENKA. Harry had played many sports until he was no longer able to. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Bacon; son, Phillip Bacon; and parents, Minnis and Chlora Bacon. He is survived by his son, Jeff Bacon; step-son, Danny Holbert; grandchildren, Addison Bacon and Emily Cobble; step-grandchildren, Brian Hause, Joe Hause, and Tiffany Hause; great-grandchild, Asher Cobble; sisters, Katherine Harville and Mary Wise; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, October 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Travis Webb officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, October 20th at Hamben Memory Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
