Hugh "Glen" Greene

Hugh “Glen” Greene, age 85, of Morristown, gained his heavenly wings on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at his residence. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather. He loved golfing and spending time with his family. He served in the United States Navy and was retired from Mahle and Dresser Industries. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Greene; parents, Asa and Myrtle Greene; and brothers, Larry Greene, Norman Greene, and Bruce Greene. He is survived by his sons, Glen Scott Greene and Michael Greene; daughter, Melissa Pathan; brother, Darius Greene; sister, Linda Culberson; grandchildren, Brandi Cress, Ryhan Pathan, Sana Smiddy, Khyri Pathan, Ashton Helton, Jaelyn Helton, Gracie Inman, and Bryson Jarnagin; and great grandchildren, Marley Swanner and Zoey Greene. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice for the care they provided. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service on Tuesday, January 13th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
