Ida Burnett (Drinnon) Winstead

Ida Burnett Winstead, age 77, of Morristown, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Winstead; parents, James and Rose Drinnon; son, Shannon Dale Parker; brothers, Randall Drinnon, Owen Drinnon, and Phil Drinnon; and sister, Sue Stepp. She is survived by her daughters, Shona (Doug) Hill, Kathy (Brian) Frankford, and Sherry (Roger) Holmes; daughters in heart, Kim (Steve) Owens and Melissa (Thomas) Murray; sons in heart, Darrell (Brenda) Williams and Pete (Jamie) Gilbert; sister, Janet Price; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Veronica Grier with Amedysis Hospice for her special care. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, June 4th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Willard Wilder officiating.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
