James Ryan Carroll, age 38, of Bulls Gap, went to be with the Lord doing what he took pride in, driving the dump truck. Survived by the love of his life of 13 years, Tonya Carroll; step-sons, Austin (Samantha) Smith and Noah (Asia) Woodard; his grand-babies that were his pride and joy, Brinley and Rylynn Smith and Colton and Westin Woodard; mother, Rhonda Foster; dad, Carley Carroll, Jr. ( Rosemary); sisters, Ashley(Shawkey) Seau and Michaela Powlison; brother, Dakota Carroll; grandparents, Carley and Katherine Carroll; grandmother, Norma Wilmoph; aunt, Tammy (Donnie) Dalton; and several nieces, nephews, very special friends, and coworkers. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, December 16th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Roy McGee and Rev. Dewayne Coffman officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 17th at Mary’s Chapel Cemetery in Bean Station. Pallbearers will be Austin Smith, Noah Woodard, Austin Rogers, Matthew Hodge, Gabe Shelton, and Alex Ruiz. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
