James Daniel Hogge

James Daniel Hogge, age 45, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord while at home resting on Sunday, July 12, 2026. James was born in Morristown, Tennessee on January 2, 1981. JD could be found fishing, listening to Tool, drawing, camping, buying the grandkids toys, and spending time with his children & grandchildren. James was a big jokester, and very goofy. James was gifted with many nieces and nephews, as well as three amazing children, a beautiful wife, a beautiful daughter-in-law and 2 wonderful grandkids. JD will be dearly missed and always loved. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Hogge; grandparents, Bud Cox (Carol Cox); brothers, Buddy Ray Shouse and Jimmy Robertson; and aunt, Tammy Cox. He is survived by children, Christian Artrip (Kylee Artrip), Chandler Hogge, and Cameron Hogge; mom and dad, Clifford Hogge (Teresa King); grandchildren, Nolyn Fernandez and Sutton Artrip; brothers and sisters, Melissa Moore, Heather Gee, Jason Robertson, and Jennifer; and many more nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
