James Julian Lowe

James Julian Lowe, loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on May 9th, 2024, at the age of 53. Born on January 15, 1971, James was a beloved member of the community, known for his autodidacticism, selflessness, and unwavering dedication to those around him. James leaves behind his devoted wife, Mary Rose Manis Lowe; his children, Mary Beth, Jase, and Harley; sisters, Elizabeth and Mary Louise; and brother, Zebadiah; as well as three cherished grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and James; his son James Ray; and his brothers, Zachariah and Elijah. Affectionately known as James, Jimmy, or Bones, James was admired for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others. He was always there to lend a helping hand and put the needs of others before his own. His warm-hearted nature, generous spirit, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around him will be deeply missed. James leaves behind a legacy of kindness and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever be grateful for the love and light he brought into their lives. Rest in peace, James Julian Lowe. You will be dearly missed. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday, May 17th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
