Jamie Jean Ramsey McKinnon, age 47, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020. She was a beloved wife and daughter and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her dad, Ralph Ramsey; step-dad, Larry Burchett; grandparents, Austin and Ressie Ramsey and Ralph and Ethel Brooks. She is survived by her husband, Tommy McKinnon; mother, Dot Burchett; half brother, Josh Ramsey; step-brother, Troy (Christine) Burchett; half sister, Robin Ramsey; step-sister, Tonya Rose; and several nieces and nephews. Per Jamie’s request, no services will be scheduled. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the animal shelter of your choice. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
