Jerry Bruce Drinnon

Jerry Bruce Drinnon, age 75, of Morristown, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at his residence. He was saved at an early age at Thankful Baptist Church. He was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army. Jerry retired from the Cocke County School System where he taught Business Administration. He loved his family, his cars, and the Lord. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Drinnon; and his parents, Doyle and Bonnie Drinnon. He is survived by his daughter, Kim (David) Morton; granddaughter, Ashley Morton; sisters, Mavis Drinnon Yount (Mayford) and Ann Drinnon Gunter; niece, Regina Yount; nephew, Raymond (Stacey) Vaughn; and great-nephew and great-nieces, Spencer Vaughn, Kirsten Vaughn, and Ashton Vaughn. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 24th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Barry Warren officiating.
