Jerry Lynn Smith

Jerry Lynn Smith, age 65, of Talbott, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020. He attended Calvary Baptist Church. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle who will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis “Pete” Smith; father, Albert Henry Smith; grandson, Bradley Campbell; father-in-law, and mother-in-law, Lou and Norma McKinney; and aunt, Eva Shultz. He is survived by his mother, Beatrice Smith; brother, Greg (Rita) Smith; nephew, Preston (Hope) Smith; great nephew, Tucker Smith; sisters-in-law, LaVonda Knight and Jodi Shults; step-son, James Campbell; also several cousin and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Saturday, March 7th at Westside Chapel funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 pm Saturday with Dr. Larry Parrott officiating. Family and friends will meet for a 2 pm graveside service on Sunday, March 8th at Economy Cemetery. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
