Jerusha (Gibson) Young

Jerusha Young, age 78, of Mooresburg, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at her residence. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Ruby Miller Gibson; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Traci Young; brothers, Tate and Jackie Gibson; and sisters, Ada Ruth Dickerson and Merty Eidson. She is survived by her husband, Roy Young; grandson Jeremy (Stephanie) Young; great grandchildren, Tyler Hawk and Nash Reed; brother, David Gibson; sisters, Linda (Bobby) Gibson, and Helen Smith; special niece, Brenda Gibson; special nephew, Jody (Kristi) Young; and several other nieces and nephews. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
