John Shields Wright, Jr.

John Shields Wright, Jr., age 66, of Morristown, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Shields Wright, Sr. and Helen Louise Wright; and son, Jesse Wright. He is survived by his sons, John Wright III and Jordan (Darianny) Wright; sister, Barbara Norton; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 18th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 19th at Bethesda Cemetery for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
