John "Mark" Britt

John “Mark” Britt, 48, of Whitesburg, TN, passed away in his home on February 2nd, 2020. He was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend. He was a diesel mechanic most of his life, doing what he loved.He is preceded in death by his wonderful parents, John Henry and Barbara “Lois” Britt, two sisters, and both his maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his two children Ashten Britt and Turner Britt as well as his two granddaughters Delaynee and McKenna. He is also survived by his siblings, Timmy (Donna) Gilmer, Tony (Sherry) Gilmer, Kim (Danny) Stiles, Jerry Britt, Terry Britt, Karen (Danny) Cobb, his ex-wife Anitra Turner, lots of nieces and nephews, a special friend, Johnny Walker, and everyone who knew him. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
