Kayleigh Ann Neilson

Kayleigh Neilson, age 29, of Morristown, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 21, 2021. Born October 12, 1991 in Merced, CA, she moved to Morristown with her parents at 4 months old. She grew up in Jefferson County, TN and attended Jefferson County High School. She graduated high school from a home school platform. She attended WSCC where she earned an Associates degree in Pre Radiology. Kayleigh went on to attend ETSU. She graduated with Honors with a BS degree. She went on to work at Sycamore Shoals Hospital as a Radiology/ CT technician. She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Dr. Edwin Neilson; and maternal grandmother, Christina (Mann) Davis. She is survived by her parents, Dr. Gregory Neilson and Marjorie (Davis) Neilson; sister, Jessica Neilson; brother, Ian Neilson; grandmother, Barbara Neilson; grandfather, Douglas Davis; aunt, Janis Lewis; uncles, James Davis, Mark (Jennifer) McCoy, and Matthew (Tish) Neilson; and nine cousins. There will not be a funeral. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
