Kristi Dawn (Carpenter) Esmond

Kristi Dawn Carpenter Esmond, age 58, of Talbott, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022. She was a former member of Lebanon Baptist Church and was a faithful Christian that loved horses and travelling. Kristi was a loving daughter and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ginger Binkley; grandparents, Hugh and Mollie Carpenter and Robert and Clara McGehee; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her parents, Glenn and Ann Carpenter; special aunts and uncles, Roberta (Ray) Bishop and Ken (Sharon) Carpenter; niece, Jada Foister; nephew, Alex (Amber) Foister; great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaiden Coker, Alexis Minor, Izek Shaffer, and Xander, Bella, and Xavier Foister; special cousins, Lisa Stapleton, Robert (Lori) Bishop, Sheri Bennett, Dale (Robin) Baskette, Jan (Mike) Walsh, and Ashley T. Carpenter; special friend, Chris Miller; brother-in-law, Chris Binkley; and many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of U.T. Hospice, Amy MacDonald, Rhiannon Blackwell, Pam Jinks, and Jeremy Gilmer and Amanda Redmond with All Care. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. with Rev. Jeremy Gilmer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the American Cancer Society, St. Judes Children’s Hospital, or the charity of your choice.
