Larry Joe Wolfenbarger

Larry Joe Wolfenbarger, AKA “Pops,” age 67, of Jefferson City, passed away peacefully at home with loved ones on Tuesday morning, April 30, 2019. Larry will be missed by many friends and family. He was a very hard working man and spent over twenty years working for McGuffin Truss in Morristown and then went to work at Team Technologies a few years before retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Dovie Jean Wolfenbarger; his beautiful wife, Brenda Wolfenbarger; and brother, Perry Wolfenbarger. He is survived by his daughter, Robbin (Scott) Cain of Jefferson City; sisters, Jeanette (Gene) Lindsey of Tazewell and Jody (Chris) Holt of Morristown; brother, Gary Wolfenbarger of Morristown; grandchildren, Socorro and Nicholas Cruz-Rubio; great-grandchildren, Makinley and Landin Black; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Larry will truly be missed by anyone who knew him. May he rest peacefully reunited in Heaven with his sweet wife, his little companion, Scrappy, and loved ones. The family will receive friends from 3 – 4 p.m. Saturday, May 4th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. with Rev. Greg Hurst officiating.
