She loved her freedom, living for decades in Knoxville, Bristol, Memphis, and Nashville while working in advertising and print production. She was ambitious, resourceful, confident, outgoing, and quick to laugh -- especially with her friends and family. Her creative talent would show in the generous and thoughtful gifts and cards she gave for birthdays and Christmas. She had a passion for dogs, having rescued a dozen over her lifetime. She enjoyed travelling to Europe, Chicago, and especially to beaches. She always loved music, some of her favorites being Jimmy Buffett, John Prine, Delbert McClinton, Memphis Blues, and 70s rock. She was a lover of everything green and flowering and had a green thumb herself. Her family wishes to extend their gratitude to Regency Retirement Village, Serenity House, and Amedisys Hospice group, all of Morristown.
