Lloyd "Dutch" Allen Etter

Lloyd “Dutch” Allen Etter, age 84, of Morristown, born on October 5, 1940 in Chicago, IL, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024. He is survived by his spouse, Janice Etter; daughter, Nancy Etter Butler (Glenn)  of Morristown, TN; son, David (Krista) Etter of Bean Station, TN;  sisters, Sandra (Paul) Brotzman of Elgin, IL and Eloise (Gary) Koehn of Grapevine, TX; six grandchildren, Cassandra Wenzel, Tanner Wenzel, April Wenzel, Brooke Wenzel, Nathan Etter, and Rebekah (Garrett) Miller; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Viola Etter; and brother, Donal Etter. Lloyd was employed by Anchor Brush Company as Director of Special Projects. He was born in Chicago, IL and grew up in Elgin, IL. He attended the University of Illinois (U of I) in Champagne Urbana, Illinois.  The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, October 28th at Manley Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Tony Buchanan officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
