Mack Locke

Mack Locke, age 78, of Mooresburg, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a brick mason for over sixty years working in the surrounding areas and loved working in his garden. Mack was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Madonna Locke; parents, Charlie and Rosa Locke; sisters, Wilma Phillips and Verna Franklin; and brothers, Charles Locke and Henry Locke. He is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Verla Locke; children, Michael P. Locke and Melissa Locke; grandchildren, Michael C. Locke, Mackenzie Locke, Brooklyn Henry, and Trentan Locke; and great-grandchildren, A’myrah Henry and Kamari Kelly. Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 21st at Yount Cemetery in Hancock County for graveside services with Rev. Robbie Drinnon officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
