Mark Edward Owens

Mark Edward Owens, age 47, of Morristown, departed this life on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his residence. He had a very giving heart and will be greatly missed. His favorite hobby was playing pool. He leaves behind his beloved little dog, Peanut. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Owens; and grandparents, Dana and Clara Johns and Steve and Retha Owens. He is survived by his father, Lamon Owens; brothers, Johnny (Nana) Owens and Anthony (Miranda) Owens; and nephews, Elisha, Noah, and Jaxon. The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 p.m. Thursday, July 15th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Yount Cemetery in Sneedville.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
