Mark Woodson Ramsey, age 56, of Bean Station, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines serving his country proudly for eight years. He was saved at an early age at Statem Gap Baptist Church. He was a huge fan of muscle cars and loved to restore them. Mark was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Avery Ramsey. He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Tracy Ramsey; daughter, Melanie (Jimmie) Seals; mother, Juanita Ramsey; grandchildren, Makayla, Haley, and Hannah; brothers, Dwayne Ramsey and Keith (Lea Ana) Ramsey; sister, Lisa Johnson; mother-in-law, Peggy Burris; brother-in-law, Dale (Regina) Burris; special uncle, Jimmy (Mary) Brewer; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Friends may pay their respects throughout the day from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Monday, May 18th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Military Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bruce Ramsey officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
