Mary Cecile (Watson) McCoy

Mary Cecile McCoy, age 83, of Talbott, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Newport Medical Center. She was a member of the Jefferson City Church of God. Mary was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.G. “Guy” McCoy; son, Tim McCoy; parents, Robert and Helen Watson; and sister, Barbara Butler. She is survived by her sons, Mike (Rhonda) Anders and Gary (Linda) Anders; brothers, Bobby (Gloria) Watson; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 15th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum for entombment services with Gary Anders officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Hamblen County Humane Society. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
