Maxine Callicutt, age 88, of Morristown, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Jefferson Park Nursing Home in Dandridge. She was a charter member of Cherokee Heights Baptist Church and was a teacher assistant at Fairview Marguerite Elementary School for over thirty years. Maxine was a loving mother and grandmother and a very Godly woman who will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Callicutt; parents, Brownlow and Della Lovin; grandchildren, Misty Jeffries and Dustin Davis; sister, Betty Carter; and brothers, Kenneth Lovin and Bill Lovin. She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Hubert) Davis and Donna Greene; grandchildren, Stephanie Rossow, Ashley (Scott) Runyan, Adam Greene, and Candance (Bill) Profitt; great-grandchildren, Caleb and Addie Grace Davis, Connard and Davis McClellan, and Tyler and Chloe Runyan; and several in-laws and close friends. Special thanks to the staff at Jefferson Park. Friends may pay their respects throughout the day from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, July 27th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 28th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Ken Cole and Rev. Tim Jones officiating.
