McCoy "Coy" Sexton

McCoy “Coy” Sexton, age 77, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and was a faithful member of Northside Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Sexton; mother, Gladys Sexton Widner; brother, Ray Sexton; and sisters, Geneva Reed and Beulah Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Sexton; sons, Mike (Sandra) Sexton and Jimmy (Jennifer) Sexton; sister, Charlene Skyrme; grandchildren, Michael Sexton, Jennifer Strickland, and Nick and Sarah Sexton; step-children, Angela Williams and Harold Kelley; several step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 11am. Saturday, January 16th at Bethesda Cemetery for graveside services with Rev. Lonnie Dalton officiating. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
