Mildred Ann (King) Rogers, affectionately known as Millie, passed away on October 30th, 2025, at the age of 76, in Morristown, Tennessee. Born Mildred Ann Ballance on November 24th, 1948, Millie was a beacon of energy and compassion, touching the lives of many through her career and personal interests. Millie was a renowned personal trainer who operated a gym, Millie’s Fitness for All, for many years, specializing in training law enforcement personnel, military members, and EMT's. Her deep understanding of body Physiology and commitment to her client’s well-being were evident in her personalized approach to training, integrating physical and spiritual growth. Millies’s gym was not just a place for physical training but also a community hub where laughter and camaraderie were as integral to the routine as the workouts themselves. Her passion extended beyond her professional life. Millie was deeply involved in her community and church, singing in the choir at the First Baptist Church of Morristown, Tennessee. Her faith was a crucial part of her life, often shared through scripture and prayer with those around her. Her love for singing and dancing traced back to her high school days at Stafford High School, Virginia, where she graduated in 1967. Millie's home was filled with the love of her pets: Hunter the dog, Paloma the dove, her beloved horse, and a friendly stray cat that found a family with her. Her kindness made her a friend to all, from neighbors to the mailman, and her presence enriched the lives of those she encountered. She is survived by her daughters, Deana Rachelle Lilly of Painesville, Ohio and Loreena Mae Lilly-Faircloth of Corbin KY; grandchildren, Joshua Oliver, Aaron Thrailkill, and Christina, Ashley, Andrew “Drew” and Kayla Nicholson; 9 great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Gracie, Quinton, Caroline, Charlotte and Logan (twins), Zachary, Cameron, and Arianna. Millie was preceded in death by her mother, Anne Finney. A celebration of life will be held at a later date as friends and family continue to honor her memory. Millie's life was a testament to the power of joy, friendship, and faith, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
