Pamela Delores (Purkey) Honaker

Pamela Delores Honaker, age 66, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at her residence. She was a member of Light House Baptist Church and attended The Country Church. Pamela loved going to yard sales and cooking. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pierce and Irene Purkey; and brother, Doug Purkey. She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Ronnie Honaker; children, Travis Sumner, Jeffery Honaker, and Tabitha Honaker; grandchildren, Jordan Tate, Stellania Tate Honaker, Riley Standifer, Trystan Sumner, and Eli Hudgens; brothers, Donnie Purkey and Randy Purkey; sisters, Darlene Tackett and Teresa “Joyce” Coffman; special friend and neighbor, Debra Welch; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, June 1st at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Lance Buchanan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 2nd at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
