Penny Lynn (Gann) Woods

Penny Lynn Woods, age 60, of Rogersville, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at her residence. She loved her animals and was a loving and devoted mother and sister and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Ray and Virginia Gann; former husbands, Michael Alexander and Jerry Woods; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, R.D. and Mary Alexander. She is survived by her son, Matthew Alexander; sisters, Cindy McBee and Mary Carpenter; nephews, Rocky (Brandy) McBee and Sonny Farrow; nieces, Chasity Bailey and Terronda (Chad) Paschall; and aunt, Carolyn Ann West. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, January 31st at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Kim Farrow officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 1st at Buffalo Grove Cemetery in Jefferson City for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
