Phyllis Ann (Hoff) Keener

Phyllis Keener, age 78, of Morristown, born December 4th, 1947, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2026. She attended Community Fellowship in Christ Church in Talbott and will miss her church friends and family. She loved reading and her book club friends were what really brought her joy. She most loved her grandchildren in California.
She is survived by her sister, Dr. Cynthia Rossi, PhD; brother, retired Master Chief Petty Officer Charles Hoff; son, Retired Major Forest Keener and daughter-in-law, Kim; daughter, Erin Montgomery and son-in-law, Scott; her granddaughter, Brooke Montgomery; and granddaughter, Amanda Montgomery, Esq. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Community Fellowship in Christ Church in Talbott.. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
