Raymond Louis Webb, of Morristown, earned his eternal reward and was called home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Rebecca Webb; daughter, Vicky Singleton; and ten brothers and sisters. He leaves behind his wife of sixty-four years, Doris Webb; daughter, Tina (Tony) Martin; son, Steve Webb; son-in-law, Marty (Vicky) Singleton; grandchildren, Casey Gibson, Victoria Anna Howell, and Travis Singleton; great-grandchildren, L.J. Southerland and Ivy Sikes; and a great-great grandbaby, Sikes, on the way. A devoted husband, loving father, and caring grandfather and great-grandfather, Raymond leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and authenticity. More than anything else, he loved his family, nothing else mattered more. Those that are left here will surely feel the void that his absence will create. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Monday, March 9th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services with Rev. Ray Pratt officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Morristown Humane Society. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
