Richard Alan Harr

Richard Alan Harr, 73, of Morristown passed away on Wednesday, November 18 at his home. Mr. Harr was a resident of Hamblen County for 46 years. A fully disabled veteran, he served his country proudly in the United States Army in the Vietnam War. Mr. Harr was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mallie (Carter)Harr; his sister, Rosie (Harr) Olinger; and brother, James Robert Harr. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Kay (Culbertson) Harr; his son, Charles (Kristin) Harr; daughter, Susan (Curt) Sinard; his grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Sinard; his sister, Shirley Robeson; and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at Westside Chapel on Monday, November 23rd from 5-7pm. There will be a graveside service with military honors at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Blountville, TN on Tuesday, November 24th at 1pm. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
