Rita Adele Puckett

Rita Adele Puckett, age 62, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025 at her residence. She was a loving and devoted sister and aunt and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mary Puckett; and brother, Paul Puckett. She is survived by her brothers, Steve (Linda) Puckett, Jerry (Lana) Puckett, John Puckett, and Ron Puckett; sisters, Tammy Taylor and Helen; nieces and nephews, Gary (Carley) Taylor, Tabitha (Craig) Rector, Steven Puckett, Elizabeth Puckett, Joseph Puckett, Gary Wayne (Crystal) Masengill, Rhonda Puckett, Teresa Puckett, Jeffery Puckett, and Lindsey; and special friends, Tammy Reece and Sharon Wilson. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 27th at Bible Missionary Baptist Church in Knoxville. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Larry Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Wesleys Chapel Cemetery in Piedmont. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
