Rita Faye (Johnson) Zambrano

Rita Faye Johnson Zambrano, age 59, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024 at U.T. Medical Center. She was a member of the United Christian Outreach. Rita was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Johnson and Lorene Waddell. She is survived by her son, Nate (Angie) Johnson; daughter, Sonya Garcia; grandchildren, Aliana and Natalie Johnson, Alicia Cruz, Jonathan Cruz, Jasmine Cruz, Victor Reyes, Jr., and Dayami Reyes; great-grandchild, Giavanna Cruz; and brothers, Ronnie Waddell, Raymond (Rhonda) Johnson, Terry Waddell, Billy (Sabra) Johnson, and Rufus (Gina) Johnson. Special thanks to U.T. Hospice nurse, April Helton. The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 4th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ken Peacock officiating. Interment will follow at Snead Cemetery: 4062 Hwy 131 Thorn Hill, TN 37881.
