Robert Jennings Harrell

Robert Jennings Harrell, age 85, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-six years, Alice Moore Harrell; son, James Harrell; parents, James Ervin, Jr. and Zola Harrell; and seventeen brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughters, Sarah (Bob) Britt, Sue (Doug) Bales, and Lucille (Johnnie) Lawson; grandchildren, Jonathan (Danielle) Hurst and Christina Wilson; great-grandchildren, Damion, Peyton and Skylar Hurst and Gage and Hunter Wilson; his church family at Northside Baptist Church where he was saved at the age of eighty; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their special care. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 1st at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Lonnie Dalton and Rev. Terry Winstead officiating. Interment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
