Roy "R.C." Cecil Gulley

Roy C. “R.C.” Gulley, age 88, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a member of Higher Ground Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Gulley; and mother, Opal Kesterson. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hickey; step-son, Scotty (Katherine) Hickey; half-brother, Eugene Gulley; special friend, Gary McNabb; and several step-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Monday, December 27th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Tim Jones and Rev. Kenny Porterfield officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 28th at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Russellville for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
